Byrle Patterson Memorial Garden
Located on a hill overlooking the Atlantic, this memorial garden is an oasis of calm in the heart of the settlement on Elbow Cay. It was named to honour one of Hope Town's outstanding citizens, Byrle Malone Patterson, a 7th generation descendant of Hope Town's Founding Mother, Wyannie Malone, and a driving force in the establishment of the Wyannie Malone Historical Museum. Mrs. Patterson was instrumental in starting the garden. Memorial stepping stones are placed throughout the garden.
