Coco Cay aka Little Stirrup Cay

Once known as Little Stirrup Cay, It was renamed to Coco Cay by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. when it assumed the lease of the island upon acquisition of Admiral Cruises
Amenities include dining shelters, specialty seating areas, and trellises to offer shady sanctuaries; updated restrooms; and a building for the first aid station staffed by a full-time nurse.
