This is said to have been the first jail within the islands of The Bahamas and much of it is still standing today.
This site might not be suitable for persons with mobility impairments or those in wheelchairs. Access to the island is by small boat and the terrain is bushy, hilly, and rocky.
Leashed pets are permitted but must be controlled.
