Ms. Tara Lindo, a Certified Advanced Bird Guide, is a Physical Education Teacher at the Inagua All Age School and a Part-time Bird Guide. She has a great love for the outdoors which has been passed onto her from her forefathers.

Great Inagua is the third largest island in the Bahama archipelago. It is the home to the exotic American Flamingo, the swift Endemic Inagua Woodstar, and over 120 other species of fascinating birds.

Ms. Lindo is the owner of this Birding Company and the only female advanced birding guide on the island of Inagua. She is the granddaughter and grandniece of the late Sam and Jimmy Nixon, the first Wardens at Inagua’s National Park. She considers herself to be an ambassador for her island and a naturalist at heart.
