The Bridge Inn Restaurant & Lounge

Restaurant
Bridge Inn Hotel

This restaurant serves Bahamian and American cuisine. The regular menu features a Continental or Bahamian breakfast (boiled fish/stewed fish), while the lunch menu offers sandwiches and burgers, cracked conch, conch salad and conch fritters. The full-course dinner menu includes soup, salad and entrees such as lobster, fish, conch, chicken, steak and roasts, plus dessert

A working jukebox is in the lounge, stocked with lots of golden oldies, which make a great accompaniment to your meal. Entertainment is provided on Friday and Saturday nights by a local rake 'n' scrape band, plus there is disco music for dancing. There are also pool tables where you can test your skill at the game. The bar serves soft drinks, beer, highballs and mixed drinks.

Accessibility Notes

The premises are wheelchair friendly.

Family and Kid-Friendly Dining Notes

We offer menu options that are suitable for children.

Locally or Family-Owned Business Notes

The business was started by Bradley Russell's father in 1978 with just the restaurant; there were no Bahamian-owned properties on the island at the time. They began renting out their extra rooms when requested by their patrons, and first opened their hotel with 12 rooms in 1980. The operation is totally managed by all the relatives, with Bradley, his mother, brothers, sisters, and all of their children handling guest services, maintenance, etc.
