The Little Boarding House, built over 200 years ago, is a charming private residence on the corner of Bay Street and Murray Street. In the 1940s, it was a boarding house owned by Ms. Hattie Thompson and Ms. Marion Johnson. Ms. Thompson managed the property, which was the only hotel on the island at the time. Ms. Johnson was headmistress of the Harbour Island primary school.
Upon arrival at the Main Dock in Harbour Island, it's the first left when exiting the dock, then first right at the beginning of the corner. It's a one-minute walk.
Leashed pets are welcome, but must be controlled.
