Located near the west coast of South Bimini, this former well is now largely dry and is just a hole with limestone walls and a cement capping.
This was once the watering hole where pirates sailing in the area would stop and replenish their water supplies.
You can visit the well on your own, or contact Bimini Sands for a guided tour.
Persons with mobility impairments should be careful when moving around on the site.
Leashed pets are permitted but must be controlled.
The well was dug in the 1500s.
